Asking Better Questions
If we want to bring people into our business who are invested in what we do and they are really ready to change, then we need to ask better questions, just asking what "How much weight do you want to lose?" and "Do you have a gym membership?" may get a couple of 'hyper buyers' but on the whole we need to ask better questions to really see not just if they are a good fit but if we can actually help them.
